Rocket Rivals is an Android local multiplayer arcade game developed by BlackFrameLabs.

BlackFrameLabs respects your privacy and has designed Rocket Rivals to collect as little information as reasonably possible.

Information Stored on Your Device

This may include:

This information is stored locally by the application and is not uploaded to a BlackFrameLabs account or online gameplay server.

Clearing the application's data or uninstalling Rocket Rivals normally removes locally stored application data, subject to Android device backup and restore behavior.

Nearby Multiplayer

Rocket Rivals supports local multiplayer between nearby Android devices using Google Nearby Connections and underlying nearby communication technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and peer-to-peer networking.

Nearby communication is used to discover participating devices, establish local game connections and synchronize multiplayer gameplay.

Information exchanged between devices participating in the same local multiplayer session may include:

This information is exchanged between nearby participating devices for multiplayer functionality.

BlackFrameLabs does not operate an online gameplay server and does not receive or store the nearby multiplayer gameplay traffic on a BlackFrameLabs server.

Nearby Device and Location Permissions

Android may require permissions related to nearby devices, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or location in order for nearby-device discovery and communication to function.

These permissions are used for local multiplayer connectivity.

Rocket Rivals does not intentionally collect, store or transmit your GPS coordinates or precise physical location to BlackFrameLabs.

Data Retention and Deletion

Game settings, progression, generated player information and user-created arenas are stored locally on the user's device.

Local application information generally remains on the device until it is changed or removed through application functionality, the application's data is cleared, or the application is uninstalled, subject to Android backup and restore behavior.

Because Rocket Rivals does not require an account and BlackFrameLabs does not operate an online gameplay database containing this local game data, BlackFrameLabs generally cannot remotely access or delete information stored only on a player's device.

For privacy or deletion questions concerning information that may have been received by BlackFrameLabs, contact: blackframelabs.dev@gmail.com.

Data Security

Rocket Rivals is designed to minimize the collection and transmission of user information.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights concerning personal information, including rights of access, correction or deletion.

Rocket Rivals does not use player accounts, and most game information is stored only on the player's device. As a result, BlackFrameLabs may not possess information that allows us to identify a particular player or associate local game information with a specific real-world person.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

BlackFrameLabs may update this Privacy Policy when Rocket Rivals, its data practices or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be published on the official Rocket Rivals website with an updated revision date.
